For our 8-week programs, online courses, and structured training plans:
- Refund Window: 7 days from the date of purchase or enrollment
- Condition: You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content

3. Coaching and Consultation Services
3.1 One-Time Consultations
- Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance
- No Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment or no-shows
- Rescheduling: Allowed once without penalty if notified 48+ hours in advance
3.2 Multi-Session Coaching Packages
- Refund Window: Before the second session has been completed
- Pro-Rated Refunds: Based on unused sessions minus a 20% administrative fee
- Minimum Commitment: First session is non-refundable
- Session Credits: Unused sessions may be transferred to another person with our approval
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation: Can be canceled at any time
- No Pro-Rating: No refunds for partial months
- Access Continuation: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Auto-Renewal: Cancellation must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Refund Window: 30 days from initial purchase date
- Usage Limitation: Refund available if less than 10% of content has been accessed
- After 30 Days: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Calculation: Refund amount = (Annual fee ÷ 12) × Unused months - 20% processing fee

- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
